Building Community through Soccer
The Longwood Soccer Club is part of the Longwood Youth Sports Association (LYSA), a non-profit organization. We are committed to providing a superior inclusive soccer experience for all of our area’s youth by offering both an educational/recreational soccer program(s) and a highly competitive travel team program. This commitment is accomplished through an organization of volunteers and soccer professionals, who administer these programs. We are a community and family-oriented soccer club that provides an opportunity to play organized soccer at the recreational, developmental and competitive levels for players at ages 3 – 19 years old. We offer challenging programs that place the focus on the development of the whole player within a team environment. Longwood Soccer is committed to providing the best tactical and overall athletic development for each individual player while offering players, their families and coaches an enjoyable soccer experience. We are dedicated to helping players reach their full potential while fostering a love of the game. It is our intent as an organization to promote and honor integrity, teamwork, perseverance, confidence and sportsmanship both on and off the field. We wish to provide well-organized soccer appropriately structured to accommodate any level of play commensurate with our players individual ability, potential, and interest and promote a positive youth sports culture that teaches life lessons and “Honors the Game” for all players.
